This policy explains how Tayyugt Art handles information when you visit tayyugt.moujaai.com and when our Pinterest and Instagram integrations are used. Tayyugt Art is an independent digital art brand. We sell our digital creations through our shop on Etsy; this website is a showcase only.
Who we are
Tayyugt Art (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the Tayyugt Art brand accounts. You can reach us at contact@moujaai.com.
What this website collects
- We do not offer user accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters or comment forms, and we do not ask you for any personal information on this website.
- We do not use advertising tools, tracking pixels, third-party analytics or social media widgets on this website.
- This website does not set any cookies itself. The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the pages and protect the website against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request details, and may set cookies strictly necessary for security if it detects suspicious traffic. - If you use the light/dark theme button, your choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage, key “tayyugt-theme”). It is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Orders and payments on Etsy
All orders, payments, downloads and messages about purchases are handled by Etsy. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy processes your information under its own terms and its Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). We only receive the order details that Etsy makes available to sellers to fulfil your order, and we use them for that purpose only.
Pinterest and Instagram integrations
Tayyugt Art uses the Pinterest and Instagram (Meta) APIs only to publish and manage our own content on our own business accounts. These integrations do not collect, store or process data about other Pinterest or Instagram users, and they are not used for advertising or profiling. Any access tokens we obtain relate solely to our own business accounts and are kept confidential.
If you write to us at contact@moujaai.com, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Data deletion requests
You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you, including emails you sent us and any data related to our Pinterest or Instagram integrations:
- Send an email to contact@moujaai.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us which account or email address the request concerns.
- We will confirm the request and delete the related data (emails and correspondence, and any data linked to your request) within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 30 days, unless we must keep certain information to comply with a legal obligation.
- Order data held by Etsy is controlled by Etsy; for those requests, please use Etsy’s privacy tools as described in Etsy’s Privacy Policy.
- You can also revoke any access granted to the Tayyugt Art app at any time from your Pinterest settings (apps connected to your account) or your Meta / Instagram settings (apps and websites).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Contact us at contact@moujaai.com to exercise these rights.
